These terms govern your use of healyacquisitions.com, operated by HealyPowersPerformance LLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company doing business as Healy Acquisitions.
A way to tell us about a property you may want to sell. Using it creates no agreement to sell, and nothing on it is an offer to buy any specific property. Any offer comes to you separately, in writing, after we have looked at the property.
We are real estate investors. We buy for our own account, and in some cases we sign a purchase agreement and then assign that contract to another buyer before closing. If that is the plan for your property, it is written into the agreement you sign.
We are not licensed real estate brokers or agents. We do not represent you, we do not list property, and we are not acting in your interest the way an agent would. You are always free to hire your own agent, and sometimes that is the better choice.
We do not give legal, tax or financial advice. Have your own attorney or accountant review any agreement before you sign it.
Please give us accurate information about the property. We price offers on what you tell us, and an offer based on wrong information will change once we see the house.
By submitting the form you agree we may contact you about your property by email and by phone. Text messages need the separate, optional SMS consent on the form, described below and in our Privacy Policy.
What the program is and what types of SMS messages you will receive. Healy Acquisitions (HealyPowersPerformance LLC) sends text messages only to people who have opted in: homeowners who ticked an SMS consent box on our form, or who texted us first. Two kinds of message exist, each under its own consent. Transactional messages are about the property you submitted: confirming we received your request, arranging a call or a visit, and following up on the written offer you asked for. Marketing messages, only if you ticked the second box, are occasional updates on how we buy houses or other properties we are buying. In short, the message types are: appointment and request notifications, alerts about your offer, and, with the second consent, promotions.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and is typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Opting out and getting help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and then nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected] or call (401) 373-3918. Consent to texts is never a condition of receiving an offer or of any purchase.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Your number. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
The text, images and marks on this site belong to HealyPowersPerformance LLC. Please do not copy them for your own commercial use.
