What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, email address, property address, an optional mobile phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about the property. We do not buy personal data about you from anyone, and this site runs no advertising or tracking pixels.

Why we collect it

To evaluate your property, prepare an offer, and talk to you about it. Nothing else.

Text messages

We text only people who ask us to. You opt in yourself by ticking the SMS box on our form. That box is never pre-ticked, and giving us a phone number at all is optional.

• What we send: messages about your property and your offer, conversationally. Not marketing blasts.
• How often: frequency varies with the conversation and is typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
• Stopping: reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately. Reply HELP for help.
• Optional: agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting an offer or of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who else sees your information

Service providers we use to run the business, for example email and customer relationship software, and a title company if a transaction goes forward. They may use your information only to do that work for us. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. If a law or a court order requires disclosure, we comply.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to work with you and to meet record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected].

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
