These terms govern your use of healyacquisitions.com, operated by HealyPowersPerformance LLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company doing business as Healy Acquisitions.
A way to tell us about a property you may want to sell. Using it creates no agreement to sell, and nothing on it is an offer to buy any specific property. Any offer comes to you separately, in writing, after we have looked at the property.
We are real estate investors. We buy for our own account, and in some cases we sign a purchase agreement and then assign that contract to another buyer before closing. If that is the plan for your property, it is written into the agreement you sign.
We are not licensed real estate brokers or agents. We do not represent you, we do not list property, and we are not acting in your interest the way an agent would. You are always free to hire your own agent, and sometimes that is the better choice.
We do not give legal, tax or financial advice. Have your own attorney or accountant review any agreement before you sign it.
Please give us accurate information about the property. We price offers on what you tell us, and an offer based on wrong information will change once we see the house.
By submitting the form you agree we may contact you about your property by email and by phone. Text messages require the separate SMS consent described in our Privacy Policy, and you may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.
